In 1974, KQV Bought new Jingles from Thunder Productions In 1974, KQV Program Director Jim Carnegie bought new KQV Jingle package. This time from the William B Tanner Company's Thunder Productions in Memphis. The "14" was back in this package, althougyh it would be edited out later. Bob DXeCarlo would do the station ID's "The Best Music on KQV Pittsburgh" The on KQV personalities at this time were Bob DeCarlo, Larry Clark, Jay Davis, Larry Clark, Casey Forbes, Bobby Mitchell and Jim Carnegie. The musical logo was similar to WFIL in Philadelphia.
