    During my research into the Doyle family, I created in my research records a file noted as the “Lost Files.” In this file are Doyle family members in which I have some information on them but cannot connect them to our particular lineage of Doyle's.

   Below is a list of the Lost Ancestors with their information that I have. It is my hope that someone may have or know of some information which could connect these family members and add them to our lineage.

Caroline Doyle Parks-
Born- January 22, 1865. Died- November 17, 1931. Buried- Upper Path Valley Cemetery. Dry Run, Pennsylvania. Resided- Willow Hill, Pennsylvania. Spouse- Amos Westley Parks. Father- William Doyle. Mother- Annie Hockenberry.

Adelaide Elizabeth (Doyle) McLanahan-
Born- 1808. Died- March 28, 1880. Spouse- Andrew Gregg McLanahan. Children- E. Ormond, Dick, Andrew Gregg Jr., Calvin, Jessie, and Alice.

Almeda Ellen “Meady” Doyle-
Born- October 7, 1880. Died- December 30, 1971. Spouse- Franklin Lewis Hockenberry. Children- Ira, Clara, Bruce, Cora, Mac, Preston, Charles, Frances J., Fred F., and Mary.

William H. Doyle-
Born- December 24, 1853. Died- October 16, 1856. (Aged 2 years, 9 months, and 22 days.). Buried- Lot 17G in St. Marys Catholic Church in Doylesburg, Pennsylvania.

Otho Doyle-
Born- March 25, 1838. Died- January 20, 1839. (Aged 9 months, and 25 days.). Buried- Lot 17H in St. Marys Catholic Church in Doylesburg, Pennsylvania.

William Doyle-
Born- About 1812. Died- 1826. (Aged 14 years.) Buried- Lot 1B in St. Marys Catholic Church Cemetery in Doylesburg, Pennsylvania.

John A. Doyle-
Born- November 3, 1849. Died- June 11, 1850. (Aged 7 months, and 8 days.). Buried- Lot 5C in St. Marys Catholic Church Cemetery in Doylesburg, Pennsylvania. Father- P.S. Doyle.
