Catherine A. Myers was born April 22, 1838, the daughter of David and Rosanna Myers.  She married James E. Buchanan circa 1865 and resided in Black Log Valley, Juniata County.  She died in Mapleton Depot, Huntingdon County on September 7, 1900.
