Aunt Molly

Mary Cummer, better known as "Aunt Molly" was born in 1844 and died in 1926.  A tireless worker who possessed a delightful personality, the mention of Molly's name to folks who knew her always elicits a smile and fond memories.  It is said that Molly traded with Indians, kept her clay pipe in her apron pocket, and remembered hearing the cannonfire during the battle of Gettysburg. She lived and died in Bratton Township, Mifflin County, Pennsylvania.
