The 337th Infantry Association held their final reunion September 9 through 12, 2004, at the Holiday Inn Rosslyn in Arlington, Virginia. A little over 200 veterans and their families enjoyed the get togerther with tours of Washington and the new World War II Memorial. The hospitality room was filled everyday with visitors and a display of photographs by Don Jones, whose father served in Company C. The group was also visited at their Friday night banquet by Senator Bob Dole, himself a wounded veteran of the 10th Mountain Division, which also served in Italy. The special reunion was both a happy and sad occassion, with many of these men seeing each other for the last time. The courage and conviction of these "Wolverines" has not diminished over the years. Though they have held their final reunion, some of these men and their families are still active in affairs with the 337th Association. Veteran contact:
