In May 1967, KQV Program Director John Rook bought a new set of Custom Acapellas from PAMS of Dallas. These were KQV's Super Summer Jingles. KQV's Deejays included Chuck Brinkman, Tom Lee, Greg Scott, Dave Scott, and Johnny Mitchell. Hal Murray would leave just after these jingles were ordered. Steve Risen and Bob Wilson would soon arrive.
