Always interested in music, Henry "took a job" with a nearby radio station right after high school. A year later he won a competitive audition for staff announcer at what was then one of Pittsburgh's key network stations. Duties included news, special events and finally his own show, "Musical Magic," a midday program for housewives. Henry moved to KQV in 1957 and he's entertaining many thousands in the tri-state area with his 10 a.m. to 12 noon show. He's heard again from 7:15 to p.m. with a "PM" edition. |
