JOHNNY WILLIAMS

MONDAY - FRIDAY 6:00 to 7:00 PM and 8:00 to 10:00 PM
SUNDAY 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

For the past 21 years, radio has been Johnny Williams' life. Johnny began his career with the campus station at the University of Denver, and quickly moved to the legendary KHJ ('BOSS' Radio) in Los Angeles. He stayed at KHJ for 10 years before moving to WTAE in 1975.

In his career, Johnny has worked every day part from early mornings to all-nights. When he ame to WTAE, he originally did the afternoon show. For the past 2 1/2 years he has successfully surrounded the Myron Cope On Sports Talk Show (7:00-8:00 PM).

Johnny is married with three children and has lived in Monroeville since becoming a Pittsburgher. When not spending time with his family, he can be found pursuing his hobbies of photography and playing and collecting video games.

Johnny's show reflects his tremendous knowledge of music, both past and present. Johnny frequently plays listener requests and his easy-going, friendly style helps Pittsburghers unwind after a busy day.
