     ON MONDAY: Bob Wilson takes over the KQV 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily stint recently vacated by Hal Murray, who has joined the staff of WINQ, the all-talk station in Tampa, Fla. Wilson comes here from KOIL in Omaha, Neb., where he has been a top-rated air personailty for the past nine years. Bob brings with him an in-built audience of seven, Mrs. Wilson and six little Wilsons.

     While in the Air Force Bob served as program director for Armed Forces Radio in Tripoli, Lybia, and his was the first voice heard on AJG-TV, the first TV station in North Africa.
